Summary:

As a Sales Associate at our Microsoft training center, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting individuals and businesses with the power of Microsoft’s tools and technologies. Your ability to build rapport, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new leads through cold calls, networking, and online channels.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to successful enrollment.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track leads, follow up, and analyze sales data.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the education or training industry.
  • A passion for technology and a strong understanding of Microsoft products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
